From start to finish, completely seamless. Within 24 hours the seller had already drafted the image for review. I'd written the wrong year and they corrected the date and moon phase immediately. Shipped the next day. The print is beautiful, the text is elegant, and the frame is sturdy. Even the packaging was custom-made to protect it. 10/10, no notes.
